Close by Birches Valley Visitor Centre offers an exhilarating day out, including orienteering courses, picnic areas and an adventure playground and is a superb opportunity to observe the abundant wildlife close at hand either on foot or by bike. Rugeley, with shops and pubs, is 2 miles away whilst a wealth of other attractions and activities are available locally. Alton Towers and Drayton Manor are both 18 miles away. Silver Trees is perfect for those seeking an away from it all holiday, enjoying the peace and quiet.

Reviews
This is a wonderful park, our first time here and the kids enjoyed it very much. The deer were great and watching the squirrels feeding outside your window in the morning was what made it all worthwhile. Also it is easily located near theme parks like Drayton Manor in which we spent our two days there .Definitely would recommend this to any body travelling to Staffordshire.

Beautiful scenic views from the caravan windows, and the wildlife was fantastic - free roaming deer that walk around the site and we were able to hand feed them - you don't get this in the city.

Long famous for its potteries and its beer, Staffordshire also lays claim to not one but two of England’s most popular visitor attractions. All the more reason to take a break in one of our holiday cottages in Staffordshire.
Staffordshire’s largest city is Stoke-on-Trent, also known as The Potteries. This has been the centre of Britain’s ceramic industry for centuries, and the home of such famous names as Wedgwood and Royal Doulton. If you’re a fan of good English ale, then our Staffordshire cottage holidays are the ideal opportunity for a visit to Burton-on-Trent, where the unique quality of the water gave rise to the town’s brewing heritage.
But it’s not all industry in Staffordshire. You can enjoy some lovely countryside in the Peak District, Cannock Chase and the Staffordshire Moorlands – great for walking and wildlife enthusiasts. And then there is Alton Towers, one of the UK’s premier visitor attractions with a truly scary selection of rollercoasters, as well as Drayton Manor, which has some exciting white knuckle rides of its own. The small city of Lichfield, which still retains its old world charm is also well worth a visit.
